Feedback can be one of the most useful marketing aids a company can have, and it's up to you to maximize the powerful message that this feature can deliver.  We can't emphasize enough the importance of getting as much positive Feedback as possible.  It's the "power of many" that will allow you to reap the benefits of providing a great product or service to your clients!

  • Don't wait for clients to submit positive Feedback about your company... you need to get them to do it.  You've worked hard to earn your reputation, and you want others to know just how good you are!  (see below for some super suggestions on how to promote Feedback to your clients).

  • Bragging rights apply.  Promote your Feedback rating to your prospective clients.  Invite them to read the rave reviews about you so that they can be confident that you'll deliver the quality of service they expect!

How to Promote Feedback

Let's face it.  Getting someone to say something positive about you just doesn't happen everyday.  Sometimes we have to ask for Feedback about how we've performed with our product or service.  Here are some effective ways to build your reputation as a leader in our industry.
  • Include a direct link to your Feedback page in all of your email correspondence to your clients to ask them to submit their Feedback.  In fact, why not just make it part of your email "signature" or footer?  Clicking on the link will send users directly to your Feedback page.

    • Click here to request a personalized link that you can simply "cut and paste" into your email program.


  • Email your clients a simple yet professional electronic postcard, (e-card), that not only thanks them for their business but also provides them with simple instructions on how to submit their Feedback.  If you'd like to see how the process works and what your e-cards will look like before you send them out to your clients, simply send one to your own email address first!

  • Mail your clients printed postcards to thank them for their business and to provide them with simple instructions on how to submit their Feedback.  It's a very cost effective way of promoting your company!
